In view of the delicate situation and the worrying increase in the number of cases of COVID in our country, Alma Carraovejas has decided to adopt a series of measures to help mitigate the spread of the virus.

This decision has been taken following our internal safety protocols, the recommendations of the health authorities and in the exercise of the responsibility that Alma Carraovejas has as a company towards society, placing people at the center.
As the most important measure, and appealing to the most determined commitment in the fight against the pandemic, all teams resume teleworking as a priority option. In this way, we proceed to the temporary closure of non-essential on-site activities, therefore, the field and winery activities of our work centers of Pago de Carraovejas, SV Wines and Ambivium (Peñafiel, Valladolid); Ossian (Nieva, Segovia); Milsetentayseis (Aranda de Duero, Burgos); Viña Meín – Emilio Rojo (Leiro, Ourense) and our new project in Leza (Álava) are maintained.
On the other hand, due to the perimetral confinement of Castilla y León, the activities of our Ambivium restaurant and the Wine Tourism experiences are temporarily suspended. The date of reopening of both activities will be dictated by the evolution of the number of cases and following the guidelines of the health authorities. Once again, these decisions have been taken with the intention of taking the utmost care of the health of all those who make up our value chain and appealing to the exercise of maximum safety and responsibility that all of us who make up Alma Carraovejas, both individually and collectively, take.
