Objetive:
The objective of the PADIH REDOX Project is the adoption of disruptive digital technologies for the measurement of sulfites and oxidation-reduction reactions (REDOX), in order to monitor their evolution throughout the winemaking process through the implementation of analytical equipment for remote reading.
